Protein content is nice, mixes really well, while researching their website the great taste was emphasized a lot and as a vanilla person who loves vanilla flavor...this jd the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
Price was great although I got this on sale but even still it's a respectable price.
The last company I bought from was closed recently due to under dosing their products (new world nutritionals) so I'm excited to see what kind of gain can be helped to be made with this protein.

As a 'senior citizen,' advice is to get more protein in the diet. This whey isolate-based protein powder is easy to mix in cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, or with baked beans and rice. There is just a touch of sweetness. Easy to blend into soups or stews. With ancestors from northern locations, I do not have many 'hot' spices in my food, so this powder works for me.
